In 2010 and 2011 entries for the Back Yamma Bigfoot sold out a few weeks before the race. This year we expect that entries will sell out again. There will be no waiting list once entries sell out.

Keep an eye on the website for when 2012 entries open. More details to follow… ***Update- entries are now open through the MTBA website***

 

This year we have a new registration system which will streamline the registration process and allow entrants login and edit their details at a later date. Our new registration system requires you to create an account on our website using a unique email address which will become your login username. If you do not have your own email address then we suggest that you visit a free email service provider such as Gmail.Please make sure that you have access to the email address that you provide as you will be emailed a verification link to complete your account creation. Once your email address has been confirmed you will be able to login to the registration system and begin your entry. Upon logging in to the system you will be required to enter your personal details, race distance and category, and finally payment. Please note that your entry will not be confirmed until you complete the entire registration process including payment.

NOTE: If you are not an MTBA member you will be required to purchase a $20.00 day license for the event (during online entry).  MTBA members are required to provide their license number during the online entry process and produce their valid and current membership card when registering at the event.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES OR TRANSFER OF ENTRIES

Entry cancellations can be made up to 5pm on Friday 31 August when a refund (less 50% administration fee) will be made. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund MTBA day licenses. Any cancellations after that date will not be considered for a refund. Should the event have to be cancelled for any reason, we would endeavour to reschedule the event (up to two times). Should you be unable to attend this rescheduled event, you would receive 50% of your entry fee. Should cancellation of the event be outside our control and is unable to be rescheduled, 30% of the entry fees are refundable.

The event organisers reserve the right to change the course without notice as required.

Changes to entries (e.g. Little Foot to Big Foot or vice versa), including transfer of your entry to another person, may be made up until 5pm on Friday 31 August. Please note that no changes can be made to your entry details after this date.

Any rider changing their entry from a longer to a shorter distance (e.g. Big Foot to Little Foot) will not be refunded the difference in entry fee.
